Refunds and Transfers
1. Registration is non-refundable and cannot be deferred to future races.
2. Participants will be able to switch events until April 10, 2020 (as long as there is space in the new event). All changes must be made within the Race Roster registration program, and will be subject to a $10.00 fee + cost difference if new event is more expensive. Difference will not be refunded if switching to a less expensive distance.
3. Registrations may be transferred to another participant until April 10, 2020. All transfers must be made within the Race Roster registration program, and will be subject to a $10.00 transfer fee charged to the new registrant. T-shirt size changes will be available for transfers until t-shirt orders have been placed. If you want to change your shirt size, you can ask at bib pick-up to switch, this will be subject to availability.
PLEASE Contact us if you are having difficulty with the automated transfer procedure. Participants who do not transfer properly through the Race Roster program will be disqualified.
Race Officials, in accordance with management executives, city officials and local law enforcement has the authority to cancel any of the events for emergency purposes such as, but not limited to, inclement weather or threat of terrorism. If such emergency conditions force cancellation, refunds cannot be provided since funds will have been spent in preparation for Race Day.
